Q: What payment forms are available in your store?

Currently, the store accepts bank cards. You can make an advance payment on the site, or pay when you receive an order to a courier. When you receive an order, you can pay with cash or a credit card. At checkout, you must choose the payment method that is right for you.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

First of all, thank you for choosing a watch in our store. It usually takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order after you confirm your payment. The delivery time varies from city to city, but on average you can expect delivery from 1 to 3 days.
All shipping issues you agree with the manager after you complete the order.

Q: When will my card be charged?

When you pay on the site, the order amount will be charged at the time the order is requested. If you pay the courier, you will pay when you accept the item.
The watches price includes all taxes and fees, so you won’t need to pay extra fees when you receive your order.

Q: Can I get my watch back if it doesn't fit me?

Are you sure there’s nothing more we can do to solve the problem? Otherwise, and provided that the watch is still in excellent condition, and a receipt, original packaging and documentation are attached to your watch, you can receive a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Q: How do I get a refund when I return the item?

If you find a breakdown or other defect, you can also return the item according to the law.
Contact us to return the item and our managers will arrange the return as soon as possible.
Once the Quality Assurance Service has confirmed that you have received your return and that the goods are in perfect condition when the goods are returned of proper quality, or that there is a factory scrap when the goods are returned of inadequate quality, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within approximately 5-7 days.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Before you click Pay Now or Check Out, you’ll have a temporary window to cancel your order. Please contact us to cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.

Q: Is it possible to order watches that are not in your store?

Brands presented in our catalog are not the limit of our capabilities. We can also work on other brands, you need to inform us about the brand and exact article (model number) of the product you are interested in, and we will try to find them for you and offer them at the most profitable price.
